WHAT WE DO

Our logo symbolises what we do to assist our customers to coexist with their customers. The PENCIL symbolises planning. This offers our customers the advantage of understanding the possible impact of any planned business initiative before actual execution and in doing not wasting hard earned money. The WRENCH symbolises execution. A plan without execution remains only a plan and Hebron assist our customers to take massive actions to execute their strategies.

For the past 13 years we’ve been searching for the key ingredients required for businesses to succeed. This search led us down many complex and often unnecessary, expensive paths.

However, a simplistic yet common element always arose and that is that successful businesses always have an absolute obsession with its customers. Understanding customers better that anyone else allows a business to meet their needs better than anyone else.

Hebron achieves this by providing:

1. Understanding your Purpose

Imagine if all the work done in your business does not get you where you want to be? Or worse, you don't know where you are heading to at all? What if your people know exactly what needs to be done but just seem unwilling to do so.

This points to something deeper than the mere mechanics of the business and perhaps, a difference maker. We call this a business’s purpose or motive for action.

Hebron assists our customers to understanding and effectively communicate their purpose. This allows the business to operate with absolute clarity about where it is heading and contributes to create fulfilment for the business’s people.

Hebron is proud to bring you Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle.

The Golden Circle guides business owners to understand and communicate their WHY (purpose, cause or belief). And also, why it is important to do so.

2. BUSINESS DESIGN SERVICES

DESIGN IS NOT JUST WHAT IT LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE. DESIGN IS HOW IT WORKS." - Steve Jobs

Together with customers’ ever-changing needs businesses today face unprecedented levels of complexity. Complexity however deteriorates the business’s ability to focus on what really matters – its customers. Businesses who want to coexist with its customers require a means to organise all its thoughts, strategies, tactics etc. in a way that will provide them the agility to change and adapt to all these changing needs and influences. Additionally, the business requires a way to build hypotheses to test the impact or results of considered tactics before execution to reduce risk of failure.

Business design allows you to take what you envision for your business (your goals, strategies, etc.) and making it real (executing). It describes every single element of your business and how the elements interact to create value for your customers, your employees and importantly, yourself.

Our approach to business design is called the True North Business Design Approach™ which ensures you design your business with a clearly defined purpose in mind.

SOME OF THE CRITICAL ELEMENTS CREATED THROUGH BUSINESS DESIGN:

  • Value Propositions that addresses real customer needs.
  • Viable business models that highlight resource requirements, required partner, activities and channels to deliver the business models
  • Detailed execution plans highlighting tasks, responsibility and success measures to deliver business models.

3. EMPLOYEE INSPIRATION AND WELLNESS

WE BELIEVE THAT TRUE CUSTOMER COEXISTENCE STARTS WITH YOUR PEOPLE.

Leadership Development

Companies who serve their customers better than anyone consists of more leaders than managers. In fact, consider a business where every single employee plays an active leadership role irrespective of the position they occupy. Leaders breed vision, offer empathy and provide perspective. They take the lead without being asked or having the position. Creating an environment for leaders to flourish is key as they will apply 100% of their ability to ensure customer needs are met. We believe that leadership is a skill that can be developed and enhanced.

Hebron's leadership development programmes feed from some of the world's best leadership gurus such as John Maxwell, Tom Peters, Tony Robbins, Simon Sinek, Jim Collins etc.
